1. Find Your Perfect Location

Site Identification & Selection

First you must decide where exactly you want your new villa to be. If you already own or have identified a suitable plot then we can of course work with this. If, however, you still need to identify the ideal location and a suitable plot for your ideal new home then our team can assist you with this process.

2. Select Your Preferred Villa Model

Choose a Turn-Key Villa or Custom Design

Once we know where you want your new home to be located its time to choose the villa style you prefer. You can minimise costs and maximise value by selecting an existing villa style from our Portfolio. Alternatively, you may decide to customise an existing design or work with our team to design your own entirely unique home.

3. Pre-Project Presentation

Finalise Project Requirements & Costings

The next step is for us to create a complete pre-project plan showing exactly how your new home will integrate with the proposed site, make sure that everything is technically correct and incorporate any changes and extras you wish to include before providing you with a detailed cost and timing overview for your consideration and approval.

4. Site Acquisition & Formal Project Acceptance

Contract Signing

Once we know where you want your new home to be located its time to choose the villa style you prefer. 5. Project Licensing & Construction Preparation

6. Project Construction

Contractor Begins Work on Site

Once the building license is provided, we are ready to start construction. The construction process and associated timings will vary depending on the scope of the agreed project and the type of construction you elect for.
